Yes you can list all auctions (including Buy It Now) for FREE on Gonenow. To List you are required to become a registered user of Gonenow and accept our trading tems and conditions. It costs nothing to Register and you will automatically receive a $10 trading credit to "kick off" your account. This credit is used to offset your selling fees charged for successful auctions.

There are small fees (depending upon the selling price) which are chargeable to your account only if your auction is successful. You can continually relist unsold items without fees until your item sells.

The buyers pays no fees at all. The buyer only pays the final auction price and the postage and optional insurance costs which are normally specified in the auction descriptions.

1. Paypal Direct - select Paypal as your direct payment method and if you receive a successful bid on your auction, the buyer will automatically be taken to the paypal site to pay you straight away.
2. Paypal Offline - here you can select Paypal as a payment method however you can email the buyer at the conclusion of the auction/s with your paypal and other payment details.

Registration is a two step process.

A. Click on the Register tab and fill in your registration details and click submit. In a few minutes you will be sent a confirmation email to the email address you provided in the registration.

B Click on the "activation link" in the body of the email and you will receive a message stating that your registration is activated. You can then login and and start buying and selling straight away.

If you have problems with registering (mainly from our registration email going to your "spam" box). Please check your spam box to find the email. If this does not help please email support@gonenow.com.au and we will activate your registration for you.

You can suggest a new category or sub category on Gonenow simply by logging into your account and clicking on the selling tab.

At the bottom of this tab is a selection called suggest a category. This will open up a form for you to submit your request. We will respond within 24 hours to your request.

If suggesting a sub category, please do not forget to email which category you would like to see the subcategory belong to. Thanks

GST (Goods and Services Tax is NOT to be added to auctions. The final sale price in any auction listed on Gonenow is "Inclusive of GST".

When invoicing or sending emails to buyers please do not add GST onto the final sale price.
